Returns Policy
Damaged & Faulty Items
All items from Gift with Love are thoroughly checked before shipping out, however in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement. We will request you to email us photographs of the damaged item.
- Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 3 days after received. Please do NOT send damaged items back to us without contacting first
- Please return the items with the original packaging or any related accessories and tags and the return item must be un-used. There will be no return if the item has been used and worn
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. Please make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning, or obtain proof of posting. The parcel will remain your responsibility until we receive it
- We only accept exchange if the items are incorrectly delivered or have serious defect due to hygiene reason
- Return the items to be exchanged. Original delivery charges will not be refunded.
- No returns or exchanges for any Clearance items
Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (Hong Kong)
- FREE Delivery for orders over HKD$200 to nearest SF station, locker etc.
- All purchases from Gift With Love will be sent by Courier. Items are dispatched within 3-5 business days after cleared payment. Generally, expected delivery time is 3-7 business days from dispatch. Working days are Monday through Friday (except for Hong Kong Public Holidays).
- For purchase under HK$200 or need to deliver door too door, please kindly find HK$28 or above will be charged to deliver to Hong Kong office address, Hong Kong home address and Outer Island (Tung Chung, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay). There will be a surcharge of $100 if delivery to hospital directly. For any rush order which need to send out within 3 days, there will be a surcharge of $150.

- If an item is no longer available, we will send you an notification by email within 2-3 days
- Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damages items due to any parcel service fault
International Shipping
- A delivery cost of HKD 300 is applicable.
- The usual delivery time is 5-14 working days after dispatch. Please note that custom fees and import taxes may occur, and you will be responsible for the corresponding fees to receive the order.
